It offers stunning and beautiful location just next door to the fields nearby, and Waterford. The building is really comfortable and the rooms are nicely decorated and airy with a comfortable bed, a balcony view and a contemporary bathroom. The rate is £ 65, satisfied.

The location is incredible, just a 5, minute walk to Gabba bus stop. The room was large and well, designed, and having Wi, Fi and a closet space was really great. The breakfast was sensational, with fresh scones, locally sourced ingredients, and a fresh omelette.
